Teen Business Central is undergoing some changes.  Our goal is still the same…help teens succeed.

We realized that to make an impact on teens we need to include others.  It is called Collaboration.  We will be reaching out to entrepreneurs and asking them to contribute.  Maybe, with more people adding to this page, we can have a resource that is even more valuable to our teens and members.  And best of all, it will still be totally FREE!!

If you are an entrepreneur and would like to help teens succeed in business and in life, please contact our YETI group on facebook(YETI-YOung Entrepreneur Team of Influencers).  If you want to influence the next generation of entrepreneurs, we would love to have you join us.

You will see our beginning story below.  Since starting this page in 2009, we have learned a lot.  We look around and think, “How many teens could have a better life if they would learn about business?”  Seriously, it is our passionate desire to help teens succeed, not only in business, but in life!

Who are we?

We are a team of teens along with a network of other teen members, associates, and guests all learning and sharing about business.

How did we get started?

The short story is that a group of guys got together to read the book “Do Hard Things.”  The adult of the group challenged the teens to take action on their ideas and they wanted to learn about business.  He suggested teaching them about business by developing a page that would help other teens as well.

Why are we doing this?

We believe that teens can have a successful business and need the tools to do it.  Teens can do much more than most people think.  We want teens to think about business beyond babysitting and lawn mowing, although those can be good places to start.

What exactly is Teen Business Central?

It is an online community where teens can learn how to create their own business.  One of our goals is to make sure that teens who really want to start a business can find the basic info they need in one place.

If you have other questions, our FAQ page.

Here is a longer version of our story if you want to read it:

We are a group of teens and one adult who met at church and decided we needed to do something about business for teens.  During a book club, we started talking about making money and business.

We talked about how to make money online and the adult said we should take this web ‘journey’ together.  He said that he loves teaching teens and there is not a lot out there for teens who really want to do something with business.

BTW: The book we were reading in our book club is called “Do Hard Things: A Teenage Rebellion Against Low Expectations.”  Read their blog here: they have some great thoughts and articles.  You can also order their book here.

He is 21, so that is close enough to a teen to be on this page!
