Just imagine walking in your school and seeing a giant bulletin board that was turned into a huge billboard just for your company.  That is what Pinterest can do for the right teen entrepreneur.

If you have not come across Pinterest, let me tell you what it is first.  Basically, it is like a large digital bulletin board.  You post pics of things you like, or things you want to do or whatever.  So, can you use it for business, ABSOLUTELY!

Here are just a few ways that you can use it to gain traffic and maybe get your name out there:

• Use it like a digital sales magazine for the items that your company offers.
• Use it to highlight suppliers where you gathers supplies (think affiliate links)
• Use it for connecting to your target market better.
• Use it for dream building and post all the things you may want.
• Use it for motivation.  Post dreams, goals and motivational artwork or quotes

If you get hold of the power of this new tool and be one of the first people to really catch on to the possibilities, who knows how quickly it will grow.

Use creativity and don’t just sell and you will find people clammoring to get what you have to offer.

There is an old saying, “If there is a will, there is a way.”  That is so true, especially for teen entrepreneurs.

In today’s globally networked world we live in, there are so many resources.  Any teen entrepreneur can find them if they are willing to put in the effort and time.

I am not saying that every idea will be a success, but honestly, if a teen wanted to be an entrepreneur, he/she could.  That is what this page is all about.

So, the only real reason a teen should not do business is if they don’t want to.  If you have the ‘want to’ all you need to do is take action, learn all you can about your business, and make it a success.

As a friend of mine says, “You CAN if you WILL!”  Now, if you will, then go make it happen!

(PS: A teen should not do business that is illegal, but a teen entrepreneur should not want to do that anyway, right!?)

Teens should create their own business so that they have control over what happens. If you get a job, your boss has control over your pay and your time and what you wear . . . not fun! (However, getting a job is a great experience so you can learn what it is like to work for someone else.)

If you have your own business, you can set your own standards.  If you want to make more money, just do more business.  And before you say, you can’t, remember this: If you can make one dollar, all you have to do is repeat it as many times as you want.

I want to make this article short and to the point.  If you want to do greater things, quit thinking so much and take action.

Do is ALWAYS greater than just thinking about what you want to do. That does not mean you don’t need to learn, it just means, once you have a direction go for it.  Take small actions until you get where you want to be.
